Product Description Shimano Type C Bolt for Dura-Ace Flat Mount Rear Brake Calipers The Shimano flat mount type C rear bolt is used to attach the Dura-Ace BR-R9170 brake caliper to the frame. It is also compatible with the successor model BR-R9270, but here an additional type C2 bolt must be used. In addition, this screw fits the XTR model BR-M9110. Depending on the brake rotor size and frame type, the brake caliper is either attached directly to the chainstay or via an adapter. The bolt is available in different lengths for frame diameters from 20 to 30 mm. Tighten them firmly with a 4 mm hex tool 6 to 8 Nm.
